New Releases – Steppas Rec

Greetings Listeners! A New radio show on this thursday !

We’ll spread an interview with a live band from France called Red Eyes Band, interviewed by Mighty Mat at the Summer Vibration Festival, last summer holidays in the town of Selestat, Alsace (FR). We’ll take also the opportunity to talk about the second edition of this festival and his wicked line-up for this upcoming year.
To continue our magazine, we had select also some brand new tunes/releases from dubmakers and labels from all over the world… you’ll listen to new productions from the french dubmaker Weeding Dub, the uk label Steppas Records, the singer Ras Mykah and the label of Roots Ista Posse, the new Sparring Partners label, the new young dubmaker Leylo from Marée BASS crew, and many more…

In the second part of the show, we’ll play a Reggae Dub selection mixed by ourselves, Joka Jeff & Mighty Mat, and Ichman on the groove! Dub it!

High Tone

The Return Of VIBRONICS

Greetings Dub lovers! A New radio show this thursday !

Dubato

Greetings Dub lovers! A New radio show this thursday !

We are pleased to welcome tonight Dubato and Gaetano, from Liege/Luik City! They are dub activists in Liege and organize dances. Dubato is a dublaker as well. We’ll make a short interview to speak with them about their crew and about their vision of dub… And in the second part of the show, he will play a special selection.

Channel One

New podcast!

Follow the link and listen our interview with Channel One, the UK sound system.

Channel One Sound System are one of the world’s best known dub reggae sound systems. Running for over 30 years, Channel One built up their reputation as one of the main sound systems at Notting Hill Carnival, now they play out every weekend all over the UK and Europe. Channel One is made up of selector Mikey Dread playing roots reggae and consious steppas, the sound is completed by MC Ras Kayleb.

Swiss roots and ambassadors since 1998, Cultural Warriors is one of the foundation in Switzerland. Cultural Warriors is also an indpendant dubwise activist label own by Lion Paw since 2001.

Moa Anbessa

Follow the link and listen our interview with Moa Anbessa, the italian soundystem and recordlabel. Joka Jeff met them in Ostende in the beggining of 2015 at a Black Pearl’s dance. They spoke to us about their career, the reggae-dub scene and about their famous release « watch dem ».

Moa Anbessa is a collective of experienced musicians and singers, a roots/dub reggae sound system and a recording studio based in Venice (Italy) and active since 2001 but in other forms since the early nineties. Moa Anbessa actually runs the « Venice Dub Club » roots and culture monthly session and is regularly having sessions around Italy and Europe. Moa Anbessa Studio unceasingly creates dubplate versions and exclusive music for some of the biggest international producers and sound systems

Jah Frequency

Greetings dub lovers!

We are pleased to welcome tonight Jah Frequency, from Ghent City! He’s a dj and he’s running his own radio show!
