After spending the last 8 years broadcasting the radio show, performing sessions here and there, we must to release a second free digital compilation. The goal of this compilation was to gather artists that collaborated with Reservoir Dub at many level these last years. From interventions in the radio show to performances at our parties. Of course, we have the aim to promote their music, but also giving thanks to the public with a high quality free compilation. We hope you’ll enjoy it!!!

Greetings Listeners! A New radio show on this thursday !

We’ll spread an interview with the reggae live band from Litch (Be) called Atomic Spliff & the Rebel dubz, interviewed by Mighty Mat at the Jamaica Funk party (05/12) @ Atelier 210 (Brussels) for their last show alongside Prince Fatty, Horseman, and Flavia Coelho. It’s been a long time we wanted to invite them at Panik Radio station, but our roads have crossed on a other musical junction !

FRF 2014 – Madagascar

Greetings reggae dub lovers!

Summer is here! And it’s time to chill and relax yourself while you’re listening to a special Reservoir Dub radio show… Good plan, isn’t it? Tonight! To travel and feel the holidays spirit, we’ll spread the second part of our Radiophonic Focus about the Fianar Reggae Festival 2014, in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar. Remember, we broadcasted the first part of this documentary on the 11st of september 2014 on Radio Panik… To resume the matter of this radio focus, Mighty Mat went during the second edition of the festival on this big island in the middle of the indian ocean to meet and interview some malagasy artists. Back in Belgium, he decided to present a radio documentary about the festival and the malagasy reggae scene! Many big vibes are coming from this country far away, and this is a real discovery about some artists living and performing there ! Reggae is everywhere, and in Madagascar for sure, it’s a real mix between Roots and traditional Malagasy music. High Tone

Gamma Sound NEW release!

Greetings !

New show tonight ! We are pleased to welcome again our friends Gamma Sound in the Panik Studio! If you listening to Reservoir Dub since long time, you have to know Hi-Fif and N-Tone, the two members of one of the biggest sound system in Brussels town. Today we’ll speak with them about their last productions and obviously about their first 10 inch vinyl release!!! The artist’s name on this future release is unknown till tonight! You ll get the chance to listen to a short preview of this Gamma new release! BOOOM!

Further, the Reservoir Dub crew is proud to announce an other release soon on his netlabel!!! This new release come again from the Gamma Sound crew, this is the new digital LP of N-Tone, called « Aera Numia » !!! A likkle preview is also provided for tonight! Enjoy!

In the second part, Gamma will play a proper selection mixed with their own records collection and also their own productions. Dub it!

Ackboo

New podcast!

Follow the link and listen our interview with Ackboo, the french producer, outta France. Mighty Mat met him at the second edition of the DubFest in Gourgé (Poitou-Charentes,FR) during Summer 2014. He performed alongside the singer S’Kaya on the Lion Youth sound system. He spoke to us about his career, the dub scene and about his actual collaboration with the famous crew of Conscious Sound.
